Practical training assignments may include;

  • Food Preparation,
  • Sauces,
  • Stock,
  • Line Cooking,
  • Pastry,
  • Breads,
  • Dessert,
  • Inventory, and
  • Kitchen Sanitation.

Culinary Training Applicants must have previous formal training or culinary experience.
