CV with a passport size photo and video needs to be sent to Alliance Abroad Group along with a completed eligibility cover sheet. An invoice for a deposit of £153 (depending on dollars to pounds)will be sent to the applicant.
If AAG are unable to find a placement, the applicant will be fully refunded. Candidate will be accepted on a preliminary basis or rejected if the applicant does not meet eligibility criteria and/or AAG standards.
Once the candidate has been accepted into the programme on a preliminary basis, a search for an appropriate match with a host company will begin through the Open Positions List. Interviews will be arranged with potential host companies until a match is made.
Once a placement has been achieved, full payment of fees will be needed, before the relevant documents are sent in order to require the Visa.
Applying for the Visa
Once receiving visa documents from Alliance Abroad Group, Place Rec USA will assist you in applying for the US Embassy for your visa interview. Students with non British passports can still have their interviews in Great Britain.
